  • Making personal training ‘personal’ again. Once a week or fortnight I will travel to your preferred Anytime Fitness gym in the Barossa Valley and guide you through one of the sessions in your personalised program. This is also an opportunity for me to check in on your progress and guide you in various aspects of your lifestyle!

  • I believe having a program that is designed for you is a critical part in your success. Provided through a user friendly app you will have the guidance you need to progress, even when I’m not there.

  • Your eating is just as important as your training. I take an approach to meal plans that makes sticking to it feel less like a chore.

    I am not a dietitian or nutritionist

  • Your overall lifestyle is an often overlooked aspect of your success both inside and outside the gym. I put a strong emphasis on things like sleep, habits and mindset, educating you on how you can realistically improve each of them.

  • Although we are all on our own journeys, surrounding yourself with likeminded people who are trying to be the best they can be only inspires you more.

    I regularly host community events such as group walks, seminars, breathwork sessions and more!
